Terms of service
These terms govern the GourmAI website offer and services when accepted at checkout.
1. Managed services term
The managed plan is a 12-month service agreement for hosting, security, maintenance and defined updates at $199/month. Website design and development are provided at no charge on this plan. The first month is billed at enrollment and the remaining 11 months are billed monthly with your authorization.
2. Ownership
You retain ownership of your domain, original content, brand and assets at all times. Upon completion of all 12 monthly payments and other obligations, ownership of the agreed website deliverables transfers to you, excluding licensed third-party platform elements (themes, plugins, fonts, software, hosting platforms) which remain subject to their own licenses.
3. Early buyout
During the term you may elect an early buyout for $1,500. The contractual effect of a buyout (including remaining payment obligations and transfer timing) will be defined in the final agreement.
4. Late payment
If a payment is late we'll send reminders. Hosting may be temporarily suspended no earlier than 14 days after the due date. Access is restored once the balance is cured. We will not immediately delete your website or content due to a late payment.
5. Third-party costs
Domain registration/renewal and third-party service fees are separate and your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Production & delivery
Timelines begin after required content and assets are submitted and the brief is approved. Expedited and VIP timelines are subject to production confirmation.
7. No guarantee of results
GourmAI does not guarantee sales, bookings, traffic, search rankings or revenue.
8. Own-it-outright purchases
One-time purchases do not include GourmAI hosting or management. You are responsible for hosting, domain and ongoing maintenance.
9. Optional SEO/AEO production
If selected, SEO/AEO production costs an additional $249/month for 12 monthly payments. This includes content writing, backlink outreach and AI-search optimization. It requires separate affirmative recurring authorization at checkout, including for outright website purchases. Monthly billing stops after the 12-month term unless a new agreement is accepted. Results, rankings, backlinks and AI mentions are not guaranteed.
10. Design-satisfaction guarantee
We keep refining your website's design within the agreed brief until you approve it. Additional pages, features and services outside that brief are quoted separately. This guarantee covers design satisfaction only; it does not change payment timing, the service term or payment obligations, and is not a refund or pay-after-approval offer. It does not guarantee sales, bookings, traffic, rankings or revenue.
